Start switching with these easy steps:

1.    Gather the information for your existing direct deposits and automatic payments. A recent bank statement is a great way to identify this information. 

2.    Sign into your online banking account and from the Services menu, select ClickSWITCH to begin moving your accounts.

3.    Select the Switch Direct Deposits or Switch Recurring Payments tab to get started.

4.    Read and accept the Terms of Use to begin switching.

Setup typically takes about 90 seconds, and most switches are completed within 5–15 business days, depending on the payee. You can easily monitor progress from your ClickSWITCH dashboard at any time.

Automatic payments are recurring payments initiated by a company, such as utilities, insurance, or loan payments. Direct deposits are payments sent directly to your account, such as payroll, government benefits, or investment dividends.

No. If a switch shows a Completed status, no follow up is needed. If a switch remains Mailed for more than 15 business days, you may want to contact the company to confirm they have everything they need.

Companies require specific information to verify your identity and correctly update your account in their system.

Many companies are already available in ClickSWITCH. If an address is needed, use the address shown on your statement or payment confirmation, or the one listed in the company’s Help or Contact Us section on their website.

Log in to ClickSWITCH and review the Status column under “View Existing Switches.” Please note it may take up to two payment cycles after completion before activity posts to your Bonvenu account.
