Telephone Banking

You can take care of simple financial tasks on any phone by calling 318-746-5400. Enter the access code you received when you enrolled in Telephone Banking and you can navigate various options through our automated system. When you hear the option from the menu, you will be prompted to enter your selection by keying the number and/or special character.

Log into your online banking and select Additional Services and then Card Alerts. In the Mobile app, select More, and then Card Alerts.
