 Deletion Request

The Google Play Store has implemented a requirement for Bonvenu Bank to provide our customers with the ability to request removal of their digital banking profile accounts and any associated data.  This requirement is one of many compliance updates from Google and Apple related to user privacy and data safety.

Before deleting your digital banking profile, ensure you have backed up any important data associated with it.  Once the account is deleted, data retrieval may not be possible.

If you would like to request the removal of your digital banking account, please contact customer support at (888) 861-0515 OR simply send and email request to C4@bonvenubank.com.  If requesting via email please type “Remove App Account” in the subject line of your email and provide us with a good phone number to reach you.  One of our representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.

Keep in mind that deleting your account from our app will revoke your access to the app’s services and functionalities.  Deleting your Online Access is irreversible.  While not intended to be an exhaustive list, the following actions will occur upon file deletion:

  • Configured alert preferences will be deleted.
  • Scheduled one time and recurring bill payments will be cancelled.
  • Scheduled one time and recurring transfers will be cancelled.
  • Accounts enrolled in paperless statements will be returned to paper delivery, which may result in a fee.
