To create or change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your Bonvenu Bank debit card, simply stop by any Bonvenu Bank branch office or call (866) 633-5293; (770) 248-5774, if International.
Log into your online banking and select Additional Services and then Card Alerts. In the Mobile app, select More, and then Card Alerts.

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, which is an electronic network that allows funds to be transferred between bank accounts. When an employer initiates an ACH payment, their bank sends instructions to the employee's bank to transfer the money.
A wire transfer is a fast way to send money electronically to a domestic (U.S.) or an international recipient's bank account.
An Insured Cash Sweep (ICS) account provides FDIC insurance on deposits greater than $250,000 by spreading funds between the custodian bank and other partner banks in the IntraFi℠ network. Insured Cash Sweep accounts earn interest while maximizing protection for funds beyond the typical FDIC limit of $250,000, and are available to both businesses and consumers.
Same day payment cut off is 2:00 p.m. Central Time; daily ACH is 3:00 p.m. Central Time.

Cut off time for wires submitted via online banking is 2:30 p.m. Central Time.
Digital Banking/Consumer
You can deposit mulitple checks in the same Mobile Banking session. However, you may only photograph and submit one check at a time. Deposit limits and other restrictions may apply.
Yes, you can pay bills through mobile banking using our Bill Pay service. Navigate to Pay after logging in to your online banking to set up payees and schedule payments.
You can have your daily transactions automatically imported to your Quickbooks account. From Quickbooks connect to your online banking account. Remember when passwords are updated in online banking, you will need to update in Quickbooks to prevent lockouts.
You will log into Mobile Banking using the same User ID and Password that you established when you enrolled in Bonvenu Bank Online Banking.
You have the ability to receive and view statements for most of your accounts online. Simply enroll in online banking to setup a username and password. Navigate to eStatements/Delivery Preferences to choose the accounts you would like to receive electronic delivery on.
If you already have a username and password, sign on to view your statements online. Or, to change how you wish to receive your statements and other documents, access Delivery Preferences from E Statements.
You can visit our website https://www.bonvenubank.com. Navigate to the "Login" option at the top of the page and click on "Register".
Sign on to Bonvenu Bank Online Banking to access the Move Money feature. Choose the account you want to transfer money from, the account you want the money transferred to, the frequency of transfers, the date you would like the transfer to occur, and the amount that you would like to transfer. Click the Make a Transfer button and review the information you entered is correct, click Confirm to complete the transfer.
It happens immediately after you set and save the option.
There is no fee to use money management tools. You can categorize transactions, create a budget, and aggregate external accounts for simplified viewing of all your deposits and loans in one place.
You can begin using the service immediately. By turning the card off, the green button under the card number on the card image will turn red and the card status is inactive. This means that all transactions (except for recurring) will be declined. When ready to make a purchase simply turn the card back on. It is that easy. Now you have the ulitimate control to combat fraud.

Mobile Check Deposit is a convenient feature of the Bonvenu Bank mobile app that makes it simple to quickly and securely deposit checks using your smartphone or tablet. You just take a photo of the front and back of your check and follow the instructions that you see on the screen.
