Please login to online banking and review your contact information.  If everything is correct, no action is needed on your part.   If something has changed, simply update your information and save the changes.  Once that’s done, you’re set to enjoy an easier, more intuitive online banking experience.

You can visit our website https://www.bonvenubank.com.  Navigate to the "Login" option at the top of the page and click on "Register".

Our Mobile Banking app for iPhone is available to download from the App Store.  Our Android application is available to download from Google Play.

You will log into Mobile Banking using the same User ID and Password that you established when you enrolled in Bonvenu Bank Online Banking.

Yes, you can pay bills through mobile banking using our Bill Pay service.  Navigate to Pay after logging in to your online banking to set up payees and schedule payments.

Mobile Check Deposit is a convenient feature of the Bonvenu Bank mobile app that makes it simple to quickly and securely deposit checks using your smartphone or tablet.  You just take a photo of the front and back of your check and follow the instructions that you see on the screen.

You can deposit mulitple checks in the same Mobile Banking session.  However, you may only photograph and submit one check at a time.  Deposit limits and other restrictions may apply.

You have the ability to receive and view statements for most of your accounts online.  Simply enroll in online banking to setup a username and password.  Navigate to eStatements/Delivery Preferences to choose the accounts you would like to receive electronic delivery on.

If you already have a username and password, sign on to view your statements online.  Or, to change how you wish to receive your statements and other documents, access Delivery Preferences from E Statements.

There is no fee to use money management tools. You can categorize transactions, create a budget, and aggregate external accounts for simplified viewing of all your deposits and loans in one place.

Sign on to Bonvenu Bank Online Banking to access the Move Money feature.  Choose the account you want to transfer money from, the account you want the money transferred to, the frequency of transfers, the date you would like the transfer to occur, and the amount that you would like to transfer.  Click the Make a Transfer button and review the information you entered is correct, click Confirm to complete the transfer.

You can begin using the service immediately.  By turning the card off, the green button under the card number on the card image will turn red and the card status is inactive.  This means that all transactions (except for recurring) will be declined.  When ready to make a purchase simply turn the card back on.  Card controls take effect immediately after you set and save the option.  It's that easy.  Now you have the ultimate control to combat fraud.

You can have your daily transactions automatically imported to your Quickbooks account. From Quickbooks connect to your online banking account. Remember when passwords are updated in online banking, you will need to update in Quickbooks to prevent lockouts.
