Fraud Monitoring and Protection Tools

  • Requires complex passwords to log in
  • Generates mandatory password change alert sent to system administrator
  • Allows role-based account access that can be restricted by the system administrator
  • Requires Multi-Factor Authentication when someone attempts to log in using an unfamiliar device out-of-band
  • Features account and service alerts to notify you of specific activity
  • Requires soft tokens for authenticating and approving ACH and Wire Transfers
  • Check Positive Pay: Identifies and returns fraudulent items by comparing check numbers, amounts, and payees issued by your business to the checks presented against your Bonvenu Bank checking account.
  • ACH Positive Pay: Similar to Check Positive Pay but for ACH. Create a filter of payees you normally pay and the ranges of those payments. Payments outside of your filters are flagged for possible fraud and you decide whether to pay or decline those transactions.
  • Call-back verification
  • Dual control
  • Limits for ACH, Wire and Bill Pay
